Confirm the subscription in your calendar. On iPhone or iPad, Apple Calendar opens the subscription prompt. Google and Outlook open their web setup; you may need to sign in. If your mobile app opens without a subscription prompt, use a computer browser and follow the instructions below.
Event times use Mountain time and your calendar displays them in your local time zone. Registration reminders appear as all-day entries. Events without a set time also appear all day; check their details for the schedule.
Google Calendar
- Copy the calendar link above and open Google Calendar in a computer browser.
- Beside Other calendars, select +, then From URL.
- Paste the link and select Add calendar.

- Open Calendar, tap Calendars, then Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar.
- Paste the link. Tap Find (or Subscribe on earlier versions).
- Name the calendar, choose iCloud as the account to sync across your devices, and tap Done or Add.
Apple Calendar · Mac
- In Calendar, choose File → New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the link and click Subscribe.
- Name it, choose iCloud for the location if you want it on your other Apple devices, and click OK.
Outlook · on the web
- Open the Calendar view in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web.
- Select Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
- Paste the link, name the calendar, and choose Import or Save.
Other calendar apps
Look for “Subscribe,” “Add by URL,” or “Internet calendar,” then paste the link. Choose a subscription so future changes arrive automatically. Importing a downloaded .ics file creates a one-time copy.
When will changes appear?
Your calendar service controls refresh timing. Updates can take a day or longer in some services. Check the event page on this website for the latest details before heading out.
The calendar includes dated events currently visible on the website. Drafts, archived entries, and events outside their website display dates are excluded. An event needs a date to appear.
Subscribing does not register an athlete or guarantee a reminder notification. Use the event’s registration page to sign up, and set notifications in your calendar app.
