Registration privacy

Information collected
A parent or legal guardian submits the athlete’s name and age, the guardian’s name, email address, phone number, and participation permissions. We also record the sport, submission time, confirmation number, and accepted terms version. A hashed network identifier helps limit automated or abusive submissions; the application does not store your raw IP address in the registration database.
How information is used
Information is used to manage registration, contact families, coordinate participation, and document consent. Registration records are available to authorized league administrators and are not published on the website. The site does not sell registration information or use it for advertising. Hosting providers process data as needed to operate the site and may maintain technical access logs. When email sending is enabled, Resend processes the parent’s email address and registration confirmation content to send a transactional confirmation. The league also receives a notification linking to its private registration page. Email jobs and sending status are retained with the registration record.
Forms are for parents and guardians
This online form must be completed by an adult parent or legal guardian. Do not enter medical details, insurance numbers, custody documents, or payment information here. Provide medical and emergency-contact details through the league’s full registration process before participation.
Corrections, deletion, and questions
Contact cysportsleague307@gmail.com or (307) 287-7331 to request access, correction, or deletion. The league may need to verify guardian authority and retain certain records to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
